Our People: Julius Erolin

Julius Erolin is an instructor for the IDI Qualifying Seminar and a licensed IDI Qualified Administrator. He has more than 20 years of experience helping individuals and organizations leverage the value of diversity to achieve better results and improve performance. He founded Erolin Solutions in 2009 focusing on intercultural competency, inclusive leadership and conflict management. Based in Scotland, he works with clients across public and private sectors in the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States. Prior to moving to the UK, he was an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant and Associate Director for Equal Opportunity at the University of Minnesota. He is a qualified mediator in the US and UK and is currently a Judge Panel Member for the Scottish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal. Julius specializes in difficult workplace individual and team conflicts, and he integrates current knowledge and research in culture, neuroscience, and Tai Chi to help individuals and organizations leverage the value of differences and conflict.
