Educational institutions and organizations have achieved demonstrated results through the use of the Intercultural Development Inventory^_® (IDI^_®). This work is grounded in the application of IDI Guided Development^_®, a proven approach for building intercultural competence to accomplish individual, team and organization goals. Using the IDI has led to substantial improvement in learning and intercultural competence in study abroad programs, corrections facilities, military education, diversity and inclusion programs, leadership development, customer service, faith-based initiatives, philanthropy, and many more arenas where success in navigating cultural differences is essential to the mission of the organization.
