IDI Qualifying Seminar Registration and Payment Policy

Registration for a public IDI Qualifying Seminar can only be completed online on the Qualifying Seminar Public Dates & Registration page.

Payment for a Qualifying Seminar registration is due at the time of registration using one of the payment types listed on the online registration form. A seat cannot be reserved without a registrant’s information and payment being submitted on the Qualifying Seminar Public Dates & Registration page. By default, the only available payment methods when registering for an IDI Qualifying Seminar online are Credit Card and eCheck. To inquire about the use of alternative payment types (invoice or purchase order), contact support@idiinventory.com.

Once all available seats for a Qualifying Seminar have been filled, online registration will close. In the rare event of a current registrant’s transfer to a different Qualifying Seminar (in accordance with the IDI Public Qualifying Seminar Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy), online registration will re-open to fill any remaining seats that become available.

IDI Qualifying Seminar Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Due to the advance preparation required to conduct the IDI Qualifying Seminar, registration tuition is nonrefundable. However, we do provide a one-time option for a Qualifying Seminar registrant to reschedule the registration to another available Qualifying Seminar (meaning a QS with at least one open seat) within one (1) calendar year, given that notice and confirmation is given to IDI, LLC prior to start date of the Qualifying Seminar. An individual who has already transferred the IDI Qualifying Seminar registration to a new date will not be eligible for a refund or to transfer that registration again.

If a registrant fails to attend the Qualifying Seminar without prior notice, that individual is considered a “No-Show” and will not be eligible for a refund or to transfer that registration.

IDI Qualifying Seminar Attendance Policy

Attendance is required for the entirety of the Qualifying Seminar in order to successfully complete it and obtain an IDI Qualified Administrator License. Attendance may not be spread across more than one IDI Qualifying Seminar. If a circumstance arises in which a registrant is unable to be in attendance for the entire Qualifying Seminar they should contact the IDI, LLC office to request a one-time transfer to an alternate date.
