Blaire Tinker is an IDI Qualified Administrator and IDI Qualifying Seminar Moderator. She is a DEI Facilitator, Intercultural Coach, and serves as a Special Programs Manager within the Office of Health Equity and Inclusion at Michigan Medicine. She is also the founder and Lead Facilitator of Wise Work, LLC which uses the intersectionality of cultural influences, personal strengths and opportunities to engage in immersive exercises & shared conversations to empower change. She will complete her Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership with a concentration on Diversity Leadership in April 2023 and her work with the IDI is an extension of her passion professionally and personally to create more inclusive spaces.
