IDI Validation Research - The Intercultural Development Inventory®, or IDI®, is a widely-used assessment of intercultural competence, with over 60 published articles and chapters and over 66 Ph.D. dissertations. The IDI has been rigorously tested and found to possess high cross-cultural validity and reliability. Intercultural Development Inventory › Our Team › Mercedes Reaves

Mercedes Reaves is the Customer Relations Specialist for IDI, LLC and ICS Inventory, LLC. Mercedes joined the company in 2021, working with IDI Qualified Administrators and users of the ICS Inventory. Her role encompasses providing guidance for accessing and managing accounts, assistance with billing, and any other requests for support. Prior to joining IDI, LLC and ICS Inventory, LLC as the Customer Relations Specialist, she worked in Behavioral Health and Higher Education for over 10 years.

Mercedes received her Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Analysis from Savannah State University in 2010 and resides in Georgia.
