Neil Hammer is the Vice President for IDI, LLC and ICS Inventory, LLC. Neil is responsible for recruiting, lead generation, project management, marketing, and client relations. Neil graduated from McDaniel College with a Bachelor of Studio Art & Art History in 2003. Following graduation, he was part of a new start-up company that provided executive staffing services. He is an IDI Qualified Administrator and has received extensive training in the Safe Dialogue® approach and the Intercultural Conflict Style Inventory®.
