About

Tracy is the Learning and Innovation Director for IDI, LLC, as well as an IDI Qualified Administrator and an IDI Qualifying Seminar Instructor. Tracy develops and implements program goals and objectives, including creation of training programs, workshops, and other resources to meet the needs of IDI Qualified Administrators.

Diversity, equity, and inclusion are themes throughout Tracy’s work. As a first-generation college student, Tracy earned a BA and an MA of Human Development at Washington State University and spent the first part of her career as faculty in the Human Development department at Washington State University Vancouver. She acted as a student adviser and was a founding member of and instructor for the faculty and staff professional development program Building a Community of Equity (BaCE) which provides conceptual and practical frameworks, self-reflection and group discussion, skill-building, and action steps to align with and advocate for equity throughout the campus community. As part of this effort, Tracy conducted numerous IDI Group and Individual Debriefs with administration, faculty, and staff. She was also a member of the Equity of Student Outcomes Council; the Collective for Social and Environmental Justice; and the Council of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
