IDI Qualifying Seminar - IDI Qualifying Seminars are available for individuals to be trained and licensed as IDI Qualified Administrators to use the Intercultural Development Inventory. The IDI QS is presented by an experienced, licensed IDI Qualified Administrator in three sessions (4.5 hours each) across three days (one session per day).
IDI Validation Research - The Intercultural Development Inventory®, or IDI®, is a widely-used assessment of intercultural competence, with over 60 published articles and chapters and over 66 Ph.D. dissertations. The IDI has been rigorously tested and found to possess high cross-cultural validity and reliability. As a result, validity of the IDI is established not through “face” validity, but, rather, far more rigorous psychometric criteria.

As the use of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) has grown, IDI, LLC has become aware of a pressing need in educational institutions to increase the capacity of licensed IDI Qualified Administrators (QAs) to offer the IDI to large numbers of students in educational courses and programs. In response to feedback received from our customers, we are excited to announce the launch of the Student Online IDI Debrief Program!

Online IDI Debriefs can be ordered for students to complete an individual IDI Debrief based on their IDI results after completing the IDI Assessment. This allows Qualified Administrators to administer the IDI to students and provide them with their individual IDI Reports without needing to schedule time to conduct the individual IDI Debrief personally.

The Student Online IDI Debrief Program is priced at $6.00 USD per Online Debrief purchased. Quantity Discounts are available when purchasing at least 500 Online Debriefs in a single order. When purchasing 500-999 Online Debriefs, the cost is reduced to $5.50 USD per Online Debrief. If ordering more than 1,000 Online Debriefs in a single order, the cost is reduced further to $5.00 USD per Online Debrief.
