About

Ryon is the Director of Operations & Systems for IDI, LLC. Ryon joined the company in 2014 in the role of Client Relations Technical Support, working with numerous IDI Qualified Administrators and users of the ICS Inventory to use their accounts in new and efficient ways. He has led internal teams to improve the various systems utilized by IDI, LLC while also working to develop the company’s marketing initiatives. He has also planned and managed events such as the IDI Qualifying Seminar, including establishing and managing relationships with venues and contacts around the world.

Ryon received his Bachelor’s degree in Communications Arts (Media Production) from Salisbury University in 2013 and lives in Maryland with his family.
