IDI Qualifying Seminar Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Due to the nature and advance preparation required to conduct the IDI Qualifying Seminar, registration tuition is nonrefundable. However, we do provide a one-time option for a Qualifying Seminar registrant to reschedule the registration to another Qualifying Seminar within one (1) calendar year, should unexpected circumstances arise.

If you have questions, please email support@idiinventory.com.

IDI Qualifying Seminar Registration, Payment, and Waiting List Policy

As IDI Qualifying Seminars typically fill all available seats and require a Waiting List for prospective participants, payment for Qualifying Seminar registration not received at the time of registration is due within 30 days of registration and no later than two (2) weeks prior to the start of that Qualifying Seminar (excluding only situations when prior permission has been granted by IDI, LLC) in order to secure a seat for that Qualifying Seminar. If payment is not received within 30 days or before two (2) weeks prior to the start of the Qualifying Seminar, IDI, LLC reserves the right to release that seat and offer the seat to a prospective participant on the Waiting List.

When a Qualifying Seminar is full, a prospective participant can request to be added to the Waiting List. If a seat becomes available for that Qualifying Seminar until two (2) weeks prior to the start of the Qualifying Seminar, IDI, LLC will contact the next prospective participant on the Waiting List. At that point, the prospective participant will have one (1) business day to confirm their intent to attend that Qualifying Seminar and to provide or arrange payment. Within the two (2) weeks prior to the start of the Qualifying Seminar, IDI, LLC must be able to contact the prospective participant immediately for confirmation and to arrange payment. Once contacted by IDI, LLC, confirmation of attendance to the Qualifying Seminar must be received at support@idiinventory.com. If confirmation is not received via email in the time-frames specified above, IDI, LLC will move onto the next prospective participant on the Waiting List.

If you have questions, please email support@idiinventory.com.
