Ericka Jones is a highly experienced professional with over twenty years of expertise in global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) leadership. She has held significant positions at renowned companies such as General Motors, Cargill, Target, and Abercrombie & Fitch. In these roles, Ericka has worked closely with business leaders at all levels to collaboratively develop and implement DEI strategies. Her focus is on coaching individuals to cultivate inclusive and intercultural leadership competencies.
Ericka also partners with organizations to enhance their climate and culture by integrating DEI tactics into their business objectives, thereby driving diverse and equitable outcomes. Her vast experience and knowledge in the field make her a valuable asset in creating sustainable and impactful DEI initiatives.
Additionally, Ericka holds the qualification of a Qualified Administrator of the International Development Inventory (IDI). This certification showcases her expertise in using the IDI tool to assess and analyze intercultural competence in individuals and organizations. By leveraging this assessment, Ericka can provide valuable insights and guidance to enhance intercultural effectiveness.
In her involvement with various organizations, Ericka has served as a Lululemon ambassador advisory board member and Lululemon ambassador. She is also on the North Loop Board Association and serves as a DEI Advisor for Alpha Chi Omega in Lincoln, NE. Beyond her professional work in DEI, Ericka is passionate about yoga and meditation. She teaches yoga and meditation, using her skills to promote holistic well-being. As the founder of Yoga Coalition, she aims to empower yoga studios by offering a module training curriculum focused on conscious inclusivity, equity, and diversity. Ericka pursued her education at the University of Oklahoma, where she earned a master's degree in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Strategic Impact. She also holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska.
