Currently based in the UK, Amin brings more than 25 years of global expertise in education management, workplace learning, and technology leadership from more than 10 countries. He has spent more than 15 years building successful teams and developing management and leadership capabilities across various organisations globally. Amin has dedicated a significant portion of his career to developing intercultural competence within various organisations. His commitment to diversity and inclusion is further evidenced by his role as an engagement officer in the Anti-Racism in Learning Technologies Special Interest Group at ALT in the UK.
Amin's proficiency extends to providing comprehensive team development support sessions, using tools such as DiSC, TMP, LLP|360, Strenghscope and IDI to enhance organisational effectiveness.
Currently the Director of Digital Learning at University of the Arts London, he has contributed to the organisational development and adult learning landscapes as Learning & Organisational Development Manager at University of Bath, overseeing management and leadership development initiatives before his current role. Amin's professional journey includes diverse roles, heading Professional Learning and Development at UWCSEA in Singapore, serving as a digital technologies and training consultant at the British Council in Southeast Asia, and founding FuturEd Solutions, now a thriving firm partnering with global brands in crafting cutting-edge digital learning solutions.
