He is known for his expertise and strategic use of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) in leadership development of individuals and teams and in enhancing organizations’ Diversity and Inclusion strategies.
Richard has been utilizing the IDI since 2007 within educational, corporate, and nonprofit institutions as an instructional designer, coach, bridge builder, change agent, researcher, and practitioner.
