Joayne Larson is a facilitator of knowledge with over 25 years of experience teaching, training and facilitating. It all started with some tutoring, grew into being a Peace Corps Volunteer teaching in Far East Russia, and was formalized through graduate school and teaching high school full-time before moving into designing adult and non-formal education, training and coaching. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and member of the International Coach Federation. Joayne is also a certified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI), a qualified administrator of the Intercultural Developmental Inventory (IDI) and Intercultural Conflict Styles (ICS) and holds a K-12 teaching certification in Spanish.
She leads Sparks of Change, a certified small business/woman-owned Targeted Group business specializing in intercultural competence training, facilitation, and coaching to support diversity, inclusion, and equity goals. Sparks of Change takes a developmental approach to meet people where they are and provide the tools and strategies for them to stretch and grow in mindset and skillset to achieve their transformational leadership goals.
