Having studied psychology and human resources, Sarah is passionate about the human side of organizations.
She recently completed a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at HEC Montreal, where she developed a particular interest in diversity and inclusion issues, a human resources component that is particularly aligned with her values. Since then, she has been working on a number of applied research and organizational coaching mandates in the field of diversity and inclusion, using a human approach that combines rigor and sensitivity. She is from Québec, Canada and is currently living in Copenhagen, Denmark.
