Dr. Bethany Peters holds her PhD in organizational leadership and intercultural education from the University of Minnesota, and has over twenty years of experience in leadership development and intercultural training. She is the founder and CEO of The Leadership Coaching Lab, where she provides coaching and training, specializing in leadership, intercultural development, and team dynamics. Previously she held positions as an international student advisor, ESL educator, and faculty consultant at the University of Minnesota, where she enjoyed the opportunity to teach students from all over the world. She also has taught in China for several short-term seminars. Dr. Peters now serves as part-time faculty in multiple graduate programs, with subject matter expertise in organizational leadership and culturally responsive education.
Dr. Peters is a certified leadership coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF), and integrates a variety of assessments in her coaching, including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, CliftonStrengths, the Enneagram, and the Intercultural Development Inventory. She lives in the St. Louis metro area with her family. In her free time, she enjoys biking, hiking, reading, traveling, and trying new food.
