I have a BS in Environmental Science from the UMN and a MEd in Curriculum and Instruction from Kent State University. I grew up near St. Cloud, MN and have worked as an educator for Environmental Learning Centers,; County, State and Non-Profit environmental organizations in ND, IN, OH and MN as an Environmental Educator, Interpretive Naturalist, Aquatic Education Specialist, and State Park Manager. I am an Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Qualified Administrator and a Certified Facilitator for the Diamond Inclusiveness Assessment ™ (DIA). I utilize the IDI for educator training and leadership training within my organizations. I also provide organizational and group debriefs, coaching, and one to one debriefs.
