About
I spent most of my career in education, from a para educator to a Director of Student Services with many roles in between. When I served as a Culture and Climate Transformation Specialist for the Cedar Rapids School District in Iowa, I became a qualified administrator.
Since then, I’ve been very passionate about utilizing this tool while aiding in intercultural development. My partner, Selenthia Jeffers and I work with those who want to do the work, including individuals, schools, churches, government agencies, non profits, and businesses.
We are also a member of the IOWA LGBT Chamber of Commerce and will soon be part of the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce.
