About
With 10 years of cross-cultural leadership and OD experience, I am passionate about elevating humans everywhere by using participative methods to design organizational systems that are empowering, ethical, and sustainable in practice. With an early focus on serving communities through faith environments, my passion for servant leadership has transformed into a commitment to intercultural and international development globally– serving and treating all humans equally, with dignity, regardless of race, gender,
religion, or any other factor.
My interest in the IDI comes from a desire to help people develop their intercultural capacity and to elevate organizational systems for inclusive and collaborative work. My services include 1-1 coaching, group coaching, and organization development.
I have a masters of science in Organization Development with my thesis focus on cultural boundary spanning in multinational corporations.
