Nichelle Bowes, Ed.D. believes that in order for us to effectively function and thrive in community with others we must develop our capacity to bridge cultural differences. As intersectional beings we all navigate the world from multiple identity markers and perspectives. Nichelle delights in working with others to support their growth and development to realize the world where we value each other, bridge our cultural differences and create a more just world. Nichelle brings to the work her background in education, leadership, strategic thinking, coaching and facilitation. Nichelle is no stranger to creating space for and facilitating courageous conversations, and coaching participants to realize their goals. She strongly believes in meeting people where they are and supporting them on the journey to their desired destination. Nichelle holds a BA in Psychology and English (Binghamton University), an MA in Counseling (Kean University), an MPA (Rutgers University) and an Ed.D. (Johns Hopkins University).
