Lisa A. Strack, PHR has over 20 years of experience within companies, academia, and non-profits. Currently, she is serving as the VP, Campus & DEI Program Manager VP, at City National Bank. She has held prior roles in university relations, diversity equity and inclusion, talent acquisition, and business development.
Lisa earned her M.S. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Springfield College, her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and holds a PHR - Professional in Human Resources certification from HRCI.
As a first generation college student and a mixed Southeast Asian & Caucasian heritage, she was compelled to seek out a career where she could make a difference. Lisa found that opportunity in the recruitment space of early careers. She has dedicated her efforts to creating access and opportunity to students who are underrepresented in the corporate world and coaching managers and leaders on inclusive hiring practices.
