Anissia is an IDI Qualified Administrator as well as Liberatory Design Consultant and Coach.
Her professional background includes community organizing, participatory research, program evaluation, teaching, organizational development, stakeholder engagement, and high design/redesign. Her expertise includes designing and facilitating for equity, and culturally responsive leadership.
She holds B.A in Anthropology and a Masters of Education Leadership and Curriculum Development and has 20 years combined years helping facilitate community organizational change in non-profit, k-12 education, and local government. She provides liberation focused consulting, training, facilitating and coaching for individual leaders and organizations with the goal of helping social change leaders create the conditions to thrive while increasing effectiveness across differences.
