I have been a coach for over 25 years and have studied with seminal thought leaders, David Rock and Judith Glaser about how our brains impact a sense of trust and how to leverage that knowledge to build better relationships and have better conversations. I bring this and 20 years of organizational development to the IDI work I do during which I oversaw DEI initiatives and trained other trainers to deliver workshops on Inclusion and Honoring differences.
I meet people where they are without judgement. Compassion, integrity and mutual trust are critical to the work I do and my goal is to create sustainable change by building the capacity of leaders and organizations through a straightforward, evidence-based, candid, caring and collaborative approach.
I am ICF Certified Coach, strategic business partner, trusted advisor, and facilitator with over 25 years of experience working with people from the C- Suite to the front line -across industries and across the world - North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
