Ailiana is an organizational change strategist, a certified leadership coach, and DEIJ alignment facilitator who can help you create workspaces where people work better together and are equipped to create a more just world within and through their work. She supports leadership teams, DEI professionals, and internal committees, to drive culture change, facilitate intergroup conflict management, develop DEIJ strategies, launch affinity groups (ERG’s), and provide learning and development support in both corporate and non-profit organizations across the nation.
Ailiana is the Principal of Axia Amplified Consulting. She currently serves on the HR committee for the Chicago Freedom School Board of Directors and on the Chicago Women in Philanthropy’s Racial Equity committee. For three years, she served as the Race-equity Oversight Committee Chair at the Shriver Center on Poverty Law where she currently serves as faculty for the Racial Justice Institute. She earned a post-graduate certificate in organizational and leadership coaching and a master's degree in Organizational Learning and Change from Northwestern University where her research focused on decision-making and critical DEI leadership.
