Dr. Renee Bhatti-Klug [Ruh-nay Bah-Ha-tee kloog] (she/her/hers) is the Founder & Principal of Culturally Intelligent Training & Consulting (CITC), a U.S.-based organizational transformation and leadership development consultancy that respects the process of change. Renee, a first-generation Punjabi American, is a culture, inclusion, and belonging strategist, as well as a nationally recognized facilitator, consultant, and keynote speaker. She accomplishes this work through developing Cultural Intelligence (CI) and promoting equitable practices. Renee has been developing leaders from over 150 nations for twenty-five years. Through her leadership, Renee seeks to model the skills of curiosity, empathy, and compassion, all through human-centered, action-oriented, and data-informed decision making. She is known for her direct, yet diplomatic, communication style and hands-on approach to creating cultures of collaboration and trust. Renee is a certified administrator of the Enneagram iEQ9, Predictive Index, and Intercultural Development Inventory. She also is a traveler, writer, wife, and mother of three.
