I work with boards and organizations to develop a strategic approach to equity, diversity and inclusion that is intentional, purposeful, and meaningful. My practice includes the essential and foundational process around intercultural assessment using the IDI.
I'm a Qualified Administrator of the IDI and have certificates in Leadership & Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the Workplace, and Inclusion by Design. I'm also a Certified Human Resource Leader (CHRL) and have a BA from the University of Toronto. I have 25+ years of experience with global consulting firms and currently work in my own firm based out of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
