Linda Leonard is a seasoned leader who leverages three decades of organization and leadership development experience to create business-driven diversity and inclusion strategies that enable a powerfully diverse workforce and broadly inclusive culture to deliver better results. During her 30-year career at Bristol Myers Squibb, she gained deep and broad experience across human resources functions including talent management, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, HR policy, work/life programs, and organizational change management.
Today Linda is providing strategic consulting to executive teams, DEI councils and HR leaders to design and implement leading DEI practices. Specializing in business case development, LGBTQ+ inclusion, allyship, employee resource group (ERG) optimization, and inclusive leadership, her clients span consumer products, private equity, pharmaceutical and non-profit sectors.
Linda’s volunteer work is fueled by passionate advocacy for her family and heritage. She serves as President of the Robbinsville, NJ PFLAG chapter, whose mission is to create a just world for LGBTQ+ people and those who love them. She is a Family Court Judiciary for the NJ Juvenile Conference Committee, motivated to keep first-time juvenile offenders out of the formal court system and was a founding member of the Faith Community Partnership with the goal of strengthening bonds across age, faith, race and ethnicity.
