I am a former CEO of a large non-profit organization who is passionate about the IDI and Inclusivity work in general. During my time as a CEO, I worked collaboratively with staff and consultants to implement inclusivity efforts including but not limited to IDI assessments, coaching, training, policy changes, and establishment of a thriving DEI committee. These efforts resulted in a vital positive shift in organizational culture at all levels of the organization. In addition, we were able to identify measurable inclusivity outcomes and achieve these outcomes while continuing to identify and work towards aspirational goals. Currently, I work as an Executive Advisor and Consultant for 828 Flow, an organization which provides Inclusivity training and coaching as well as leadership development to a wide variety of for profit, non profit, and governmental organizations.
