About
As a Qualified Administrator, I've collaborated with justice-focused organizations, supported non-profit boards of directors, guided social work programs, and partnered with health organizations. My expertise spans a spectrum of cultural initiatives within these organizations, encompassing tailored workshops, facilitation of goal development, quarterly progress assessments with targeted guidance, policy review, and implementation of training series. Additionally, I have provided individual coaching utilizing the Intercultural Development Plan framework. My career path has been defined by a commitment to working within systems to address injustices and create belonging.
Throughout my twenty-year tenure in the non-profit sector, I have collaboratively built more accessible, inclusive, and uplifting environments so we all thrive. I earned a Bachelor's in Child, Youth, and Family Studies with a minor in Communication. After over a decade in the human services field, I pursued further education, obtaining a Master of Arts in Teaching in 2015 and then endorsements in special education and social studies. Most recently, in May 2023, I earned a Master of Divinity with a concentration in Social Transformation. Grounded in my faith, I work toward equity, creating a legacy rooted in community that honors my ancestors and brings forward the narratives of historically excluded people.
