Interacting with those from cultures that are different from my own and helping people work better together energizes me. I have over 20 years of experience as a career coach, counselor, and trainer who provides services to globally and domestically diverse populations. I have an in-depth understanding of how culture influences our behaviors, our values and interactions with others and I have extensive experience creating and presenting engaging presentations on topics such as coaching and connecting with African Americans, Religion in the Workplace and Women and Confidence.
As a Global and Domestic Relocation Coach with the IMPACT Group, I work with BIPOC families relocating and/or job searching within the US. As part of the US Inbound Team, I present US culture briefings to families relocating to the US for the first time and provide them with ongoing support and resources as they adjust to life in the US.
As the lead for the IMPACT Group’s DEI Committee,our team provided the company’s 100+ coaches with practical information, support and training to help them address job search and relocation challenges of diverse populations.
