Juliette maintains that those core principles lead to true transformative change and are integrated as a function of effective leadership, clear vision, employee engagement, and the ability to be agile and practical in emerging challenges and opportunities.
Juliette’s perspective on working with organizations and leaders is informed by a deep
understanding of the complexity of intercultural dynamics and the nuances of managing diverse talent. She emphasizes an introspective approach to Executive Coaching and the customized creation of learning initiatives and tools. Allowing for pathways which enhances self discovery, cultural competence, deepens communication skills, and mitigates biases that impact organization dynamics. Juliette applied these concepts in her leadership of DEIB and broader talent initiatives in her previous senior level roles at Zillow Group,The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Presidio, Canon USA, and EY.
Juliette is Haitian-American and based in New York City, where her experiences were a catalyst
for curiosity and study of cross cultural dynamics. She holds a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University, is a certified Global Competency
Practitioner, as well as certified in the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI). Underscoring
her commitment to applying evidence-based practices as groundwork for ongoing growth and
sustainability in a rapidly changing global business landscape.
