About

I've been an IDI QA for alomost two decades. My North Star purpose, principles, and passion are solidly embedded in social justice, diversity, inclusion, equity, and antiracism. A commitment to diversity is synchronously aligned with antiracism, inclusion, and equity. Committed to making equity a reality for more than four decades, I have led efforts to create transformative, sustainable solutions for colleges and other agencies. This passion for creating change is not just a job, but a calling that fills me with hope and optimism for the future. I work to build authentic networks of individuals with diverse backgrounds, skill sets, and perspectives who share the vision, moral courage, and character to disrupt the cycle of social injustices and dedicate themselves to recognizing, responding to, and addressing inequities; so, EVERY student/person succeeds. I always systemically, mindfully, and continuously promote antiracism, equity, inclusion, and diversity by focusing on institutional, systemic, and attitudinal change. As a Poverty Informed Coach and Intercultural Development Inventory Qualified Administrator, I am experienced in providing assessment, coaching, and facilitating training. I have also developed and facilitated diversity and equity training for California, Oregon and Minnesota community colleges and universities.
