Welcome…I’m Anthony Palatta. After 30 years as a healthcare provider, educator, professional development designer and facilitator, I’m now focused on supporting health professional schools, practices, organizations and non-profits on cultivating and maintaining institutional wellbeing. I engage with students, faculty, staff and administrators all an effort to help us develop an authentic sense of self compassion, self-awareness, and shared accountability for the culture and climate of the places we learn and work in. I also help education programs meet their accreditation standards related to the learning environment. Let’s discover our amazingness together!
