About
I have been a Qualified Administrator for the IDI since 2013, and since then I have worked with several non-profits and religious groups with understanding both the Intercultural Development Continuum and the Intercultural Conflict Style Inventory. I am a now retired Unitarian Universalist minister, and previously worked with congregations to help them understand how they can improve their culture to become the anti-racist, anti-oppressive, and multicultural institutions they strive to be. This work was the life-giving part of my denominational work for over 12 years, and I wish to continue to work with groups and individuals, especially those in religious community.
