I am a Professional Certified Coach (ICF-PCC), Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Qualified Administrator, and Certified Cultural Intelligence Advanced Professional. Having lived on three continents and coached leaders across more than 37 countries, I bring both personal and professional experience to supporting individuals, teams, and organizations in increasing intercultural competence through structured assessment, feedback, and development planning.
I integrate the IDI with frameworks such as Erin Meyer’s Culture Map and Peter Hawkins’ systemic team coaching. My approach is practical, relational, and strengths-based, helping leaders navigate cultural complexity, foster collaboration, and move from intention to impact.
