Cara is a Licensed Social Worker in Michigan, holds a Professional Coaching Credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), is a certified teacher of the Community Resilience Model and is pursuing certification as a Courage and Renewal Facilitator.
All of these paths align through Cara's passion to support individuals in maximizing their own gifts and strengths while accessing the unique gifts and resources of those around them. Cara has worked with educators, those in the non-profit world, those in the for profit-world and members of religious communities to use the IDI as a tool to support deeper development of self, partnership with others, and engagement with the intercultural world around us.
