I have over 25 years of experience facilitating group processing, team development and individual coaching.
I have over 15 years experience in Anti-Bias/Anti-Racism work and have led two civil rights immersions trips. I am a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation. The majority of my career has been working with young people in various settings including on a university campus and in leadership development offerings. I love to travel in a way that honors the culture in which I am visiting. My current mantra, “curiosity is an antidote to bias”.
