Idella Winfield is the Great Lakes Regional Connector for CRCNA Thrive Ministry, specializing in intercultural development and helping congregations grow in cultural competence. She guides churches in understanding and applying the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) to strengthen teams, foster inclusion, and engage diverse communities effectively. I was a member of a church plant in Grand Rapids, MI, and combine my experience in intercultural leadership with a commitment to Love, Justice, and Reconciliation, supporting both organizational and personal growth in cross-cultural contexts.
