Byron R. Martin, Ph.D., is an independent consultant whose work focuses on strategic planning, DEI training and development, and program evaluation and assessment. With over 15 years of leadership experience as a Higher Education Administrator and close to 10 years as a consultant, Byron is uniquely positioned to walk alongside leaders in any industry to help them think critically and measure the impact of their leadership. Grounding his work in systems thinking and a justice-informed framework, Byron has activated institutional-level change in universities, faith-based organizations, and companies in both the public and private sectors.
