Ashley Ellis is an educator, facilitator, and adaptive leader with more than 18 years of experience across P–12 education and nonprofit settings. Her work centers on people development and is grounded in empathy, creativity, curiosity, and a genuine concern for humanity. She creates reflective, empowering spaces where individuals and teams can deepen self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and translate learning into intentional action.
As an Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Qualified Administrator, Ashley brings a developmental and human-centered approach to individual and group IDI experiences. She supports participants in taking honest inventory of where they are, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing practical next steps toward greater intercultural competence. She currently serves as Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at the Atlanta Speech School and is the founder of Purpose in the Pieces LLC.
