Micheal McCathern, is a licensed and trained administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®) and has successfully completed the IDI qualification and certification process. He is authorized to administer global cultural assessments that help leaders, teams, and organizations build greater cultural awareness, alignment, and effectiveness across differences.
Micheal utilizes research-based tools and methodologies developed by the Cultural Intelligence Center, an internationally recognized consulting and training organization grounded in rigorous academic research.
