I am an HR Learning Specialist with a focus on developing Intercultural Competence with individuals and teams. My focus is helping teams and leaders translate cultural awareness into everyday behaviors that strengthen collaboration, decision making, and trust across differences.
I am passionate about creating learning spaces where people feel equipped to navigate ambiguity, work more effectively across cultures, and better understand how their own preferences influence how they lead and collaborate.
