Smriti Shrestha

Smriti Shrestha is a DEI professional and social work practitioner with expertise in intercultural development, dialogue facilitation, and organizational culture building. With training in clinical and community practice and graduate work in business leadership, she bridges relational insight with structural strategy. Her work centers on moving conversations about culture beyond surface-level diversity efforts toward measurable growth in intercultural competence. She is particularly interested in how systems, power dynamics, and leadership behaviors influence inclusive climates. As an IDI Qualified Administrator, Smriti supports leaders and teams in developing the awareness, humility, and accountability necessary for sustainable cultural change.
