About
Many mission-driven organizations struggle to collaborate effectively across cultural differences, especially when teams are distributed across languages, locations, and identities.
Jackie Broussard partners with these organizations to strengthen collaboration and navigate complex cultural dynamics using the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI). As an organizational consultant, she works with leadership teams addressing organizational change and conflict across differences, helping them build shared language, deepen cultural awareness, and create practical action plans that improve communication and collaboration.
Her work is especially valuable for social impact organizations operating across languages, locations, and identities, where internal collaboration is essential to advancing their mission. Jackie facilitates individual and group IDI debriefs, leadership workshops, and consulting engagements that support culture change and leadership development.
Jackie has worked with organizations such as the Obama Foundation, Respect Together, Above the Treeline, and Northwestern University’s Center for Talent Development. She holds a BA in International Relations and Spanish and an MBA in International Business. Her career spans technology, education, and nonprofit sectors, and her global work includes projects in the United States, China, Mexico, Panama, Costa Rica, and the Dominican Republic.
She facilitates IDI debriefs and workshops in both English and Spanish and has lived and worked extensively in Latin America. Jackie is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma and works with organizations across the United States and internationally.
