About
I am a social justice–driven higher education leader and equity practitioner. My work centers on advancing institutional accountability, dismantling systemic inequities, and building learning and working environments grounded in dignity, access, and belonging.
With a doctorate in education focused on transformative pedagogy for social justice in virtual learning spaces, I bring a critical, research-informed approach to institutional culture change. I am a certified IDI facilitator with expertise in designing and facilitating equity-focused training, restorative processes, and constructive dialogue across complex organizational contexts.
Grounded in a background in student development, counseling, and therapy, I lead with a relational, trauma-informed, and collaborative philosophy that prioritizes both individual healing and structural transformation. My work integrates intercultural development, restorative practices, and capacity-building strategies to move institutions beyond compliance toward meaningful equity and justice.
I am committed to partnering with higher education leaders and communities to advance policies, practices, and cultures that reflect shared responsibility for equity, collective liberation, and sustainable institutional change.
