Lisa founded CultureBrokers on a straightforward premise: organizational systems shape behavior — but systems are designed and implemented by people, and cultural capacity determines whether those systems produce consistent results across all the populations served. She works primarily with government and mission-driven organizations to close that consistency gap — using the IDI® to establish a clear baseline of where people actually are, then building targeted development pathways that grow real skill, not just awareness. Individual debriefs, group coaching, workshops, organizational consulting — whatever the entry point, the goal is consistent performance excellence, from intention to implementation.
