Laurice Snyder is owner and a Human-Centered Leadership Consultant of Rooted Wings LLC, partnering with organizations to build cultures where people feel seen, supported, and respected. Grounded in lived experience and curiosity, she brings deep insight shaped by experiences of poverty, homelessness, domestic violence, and the quandary of racial identity. A sought-after facilitator and strategist, Laurice turns hard conversations into positive change. She co-founded The Humanity Project: Telling the Untold Story and Courageous Conversations at the Dinner Table with Law Enforcement to foster trust and community dialogue. She also serves as a birth doula and member of several community leadership boards.
