Obie's coaching approach is holistic and strengths-based, grounded in understanding how people and organizations meet moments of transition, and focused on helping them approach change with intention and awareness. He supports you in expressing where you are, what you're carrying, and where you want to go next. Obie proudly welcomes individuals and groups of all identities, cultures, ages, and backgrounds, including SGL and LGBTQ+ identities — serving all of Ohio and beyond.
As an educator, somatic artist, and executive leader, Obie has guided private, public, two-year and four-year institutions. He is a certified global career development facilitator (GCDF), a certified diversity and inclusion practitioner, and a qualified administrator and coach of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI).
