Amy Abe (she/her) is an award-winning educator, researcher, facilitator, coach, policy professional, and human rights practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in organizational learning, organizational change, leadership development, and professional learning across the public, private, and post-secondary sectors. Her work spans policy development, equity and human rights, intercultural learning, English language education, and decolonizing and anti-racist approaches to learning and organizational practice. She has particular expertise in narrative approaches to learning, leadership development, conflict transformation, and organizational change. She is committed to fostering meaningful dialogue and providing thoughtful, constructive peer reviews that strengthen scholarship and professional practice.
