Dr. Joshua Marcum is the new director of the Christian Workers Institute, HST’s new program funded through Lilly Endowment’s Pathways for Tomorrow Initiative. Dr. Marcum also serves as assistant professor of ministry and mission at Harding School of Theology. Joshua and his wife Julie have four children and have been missionaries in Bolivia and Ecuador, South America, for the past 20 years. Since 2011, he has served in Quito, Ecuador, where he has been involved in church planting and leadership development with Operation Ecuador.
